I love coffee. I love unique places. Ivywild School combines both of these, which is why its one of my favorite places to go on weekend mornings. Ivywild is an old school building that has been turned into a brewery/bakery/bar/coffee shop combo. At the coffee shop/bakery part they have delicious fresh baked pastries and lattes with pretty foam art. They even have lavender lattes, which just makes my heart so happy. 
The people there are so friendly and-big selling point here- they allow dogs. On nice days Mushu and I like to hang out on their patio, people watching and drinking coffee. Well, I’m drinking coffee, Mushu is not. Another great thing about Ivywild is that it’s not too expensive. The coffee and pastries are way better than Starbucks, but almost 1/3 of the cost. And you’re supporting a local business! Its a win all the way around.
